Expected Shipping Date

All orders from our BigCartel store are pre-orders, which means the money initially goes towards producing our items and then any profits go towards charity. Orders will ship in approximately two months from the date our preorders close, but is subject to change. 

Our shipping date is ultimately determined by how quickly items are produced and delivered to our shipping mod, which can influence when things actually go out. Flight reserves the right to extend the approximate shipping date.

Production updates and pictures of the products as they come in will be posted to our social medias.

Shipping Infomation

All zines will ship from Florida, USA.

All US based orders will be delivered with tracking through USPS First-Class Mail.

All International orders will be shipped through PirateShip's Simple Export Rate. This means that orders will be initially shipped to a hub in the US and then distributed internationally through Ascendia. All international packages will also have tracking.

The expected shipping time is 2-5 business days for US and Canada based orders, and 1-3 weeks for international orders. 

Note: Some areas may experience delays due to COVID-19 and conflicting world events. Orders are subject to any mail suspensions from USPS and we will contact you if your package is subject to any complications.

Due to Germany's new packaging laws, we will not be shipped to Germany at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Packing Information

Zine-only bundles (zines with no merch) will be shipped in a poly mailer.

Zine bundles with merchandise will be shipped in a Flight zine printed, kraft box.

Are stretch goals included in my order?

Stretch Goals will be included in all physical bundles. 

 

Help! My package was lost/damaged/missing items.

Flight is not responsible for any packages that were lost or damaged due to actions by a third party (i.e. the postal service). However, human error is inevitable and we will do our best to find a solution if a package is received with damaged/missing items. If you receive a package with damaged/missing items, please email us with your order number, and pictures of the damaged items (if applicable). We will try to find a solution as best we can!

Can I get a refund on my package?

We will allow any customer to refund an order anytime during the preorder period. We will not be issuing any refunds after that time.
